Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the event registration and attendee services provided by Twiport Sdn Bhd (“Twiport”, “we”, “us”), including the platform powering Simcenter Technology Conference Malaysia 2026 (the “Event Platform”).

By using the Event Platform — including registering, checking in, scanning your badge, or submitting feedback — you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms are adapted from the Twiport terms published at n.twiport.com/terms-and-conditions.

2. Purpose of the Event Platform

The Event Platform allows attendees to register for events, check in, receive badges, participate in session tracking, redeem gifts where applicable, and submit post-event feedback. Twiport provides the technology infrastructure; the event organiser is responsible for event content, scheduling, and on-site operations.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information when registering or checking in.
• Use the Event Platform only for legitimate event-related purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including venue rules and event organiser policies.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Event Platform or its security controls.

4. User Data

By using our services, you allow us to manage and store your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated or anonymised data for analytics. Where permitted, we may use your data to perform marketing-related data analysis and targeted campaign messaging according to your medium selection.

5. Liability Limitations

Twiport is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Event Platform, including delays, technical interruptions, or errors in data entry by users or event staff. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content provided by the event organiser. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they submit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twiport’s total liability arising from use of the Event Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for access to the specific event service giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

7. Modification Rights

Twiport reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Event Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
